A meeting is held to explore the scope of the
work and our client's requirements.

Stage One

ESTABLISH THE BRIEF

The overall design aesthetic, functionality and flow of the house is established via floor plans and concept image boards for decoration.

Stage Two

CREATE THE CONCEPT

All aspects of the kitchen and bathrooms are
designed and the fixed elements of the house are
specified including: the lighting schemes, wall and
floor finishes, bespoke joinery, fireplaces and
millwork.

Stage Three

INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE

A full decoration scheme is proposed covering paint, wallpaper, soft furnishings and fabric as well as decorative lighting, window treatments and furniture.

Stage Four

INTERIOR DECORATION

Invoices are produced detailing everything to be
procured on behalf of our client. Our project
management system allows the client to see the
status of items in production, pricing, links,
invoices, and provide feedback every step of the
way. Our project managers use the same system
to monitor lead times and order status while
ensuring the costs are in line with client
expectations.

Stage Five

PROCUREMENT + BUDGET MANAGEMENT

The ARDIN team is onsite to ensure a smooth, efficient installation of all the furniture, furnishings and final styling.
